Every project runs on the same spine, from a 1,200 square foot apartment to a forty-two key hotel. You always know which stage you are in, and what comes next.

A written brief precedes every drawing. A weekly report follows every site visit. Nothing about our process is improvised.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you work outside Mumbai?
- Yes. We deliver projects across Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Goa and New Delhi, supervised by our own project managers who travel to site rather than by local subcontractors.
- Can you work with our existing architect?
- Frequently, and gladly. On villa projects we prefer to be appointed at the massing stage so the interior and the architecture resolve together rather than in sequence.
- What is the minimum project size?
- There is no fixed minimum. Single kitchens and primary suites are common first engagements. What matters is that the brief has room for considered detailing.
