How We Work
Six stages. No surprises.
Every project runs on the same spine, from a 1,200 square foot apartment to a forty-two key hotel. You always know which stage you are in, and what comes next.
Our design process
01/ 06
A written brief precedes every drawing. A weekly report follows every site visit. Nothing about our process is improvised.

Discovery
We sit with you, walk the site, and listen far longer than we speak. The output is a written brief you approve before any design begins.

Concept
Spatial strategy, material direction and a narrative. We present two distinct directions — never a safe option and a decoy.

Visualisation
Photoreal renders and a walkthrough at true scale, so you approve a space you have effectively already stood inside.

Our commitments
A date, in writing
Your delivery date is fixed at contract stage with a defined remedy if we miss it. A promise without a consequence is only marketing.
A report every Friday
Photographs, progress against programme, decisions needed from you, and anything that has slipped. Sent whether the news is good or not.
One point of contact
A single project lead from brief to handover. You never explain your project twice, and you never chase a vendor yourself.
Two-year warranty
Every bespoke piece we build is covered for two years, with aftercare visits at three, twelve and twenty-four months.
