Turnkey is a promise about time. We committed to 214 days and delivered on day 211, with a single consolidated contract across nineteen trades.
The material palette is deliberately narrow: grey limestone, white oak, washi paper and blackened steel. Four materials, applied with discipline, across nine thousand square feet.
On handover day the beds were made, the pantry stocked and the art hung. The family arrived with suitcases and nothing else.
