Two hundred and forty people, zero visible cable management, and an acoustic target of 38 dB in open plan. The engineering is invisible; that is the point.

We replaced the conventional reception with a library — 2,800 volumes on smoked oak shelving — so the first impression is intellect rather than status.

Every workstation sits within seven metres of daylight, verified through a full-year climate simulation before a single wall was drawn.
